Terms & Conditions

The website www.iskashyam.com (“Site”) is owned and operated by International Society for Khatu Shyam Movement (ISKASHYAM), Pune – 411012, India. By accessing or using this Site, and/or making donations through it, you accept and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a donation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

ISKASHYAM reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with or without notice. Updates will be published on this page, and continued usage of the Site implies acceptance.

2. Nature of Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made towards ISKASHYAM’s charitable, religious, and social initiatives.

The utilization of funds will be decided solely by ISKASHYAM management, aligned with its vision and objectives.

3. Donor Responsibility

Donors must ensure that all details (name, address, PAN, payment info) provided are accurate.
ISKASHYAM is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information or technical issues with donor’s bank/payment provider.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Donations once made are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven technical error, duplicate payment, or fraudulent use, subject to internal verification.
In case of refund, any tax benefits claimed by the donor shall become invalid.

5. Tax Benefits

Where applicable, donations may qualify for benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (subject to ISKASHYAM’s current approvals).
Donors are advised to consult their tax advisor. ISKASHYAM is not responsible for donor-side tax interpretations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ISKASHYAM, its trustees, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of your use of this Site or reliance on the information provided herein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

By registering for events via www.iskashyam.com, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Ticketing

Registrations are confirmed only upon successful payment.
ISKASHYAM reserves the right to reject registrations found incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized.

2. Event Participation

Attendees must carry valid proof of booking (digital/printed).
All participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect spiritual guidelines during ISKASHYAM events.

3. Pricing & Payments

Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
Payments are routed through third-party gateways. ISKASHYAM is not responsible for gateway/server issues.

4. Event Changes

ISKASHYAM reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel events due to logistical, regulatory, or force majeure reasons.
Attendees will be notified via registered email/phone.

5. Limitation of Liability

ISKASHYAM is not liable for losses relating to travel, stay, or incidental costs due to event changes.
Responsibility is limited to refunding ticket value (where eligible).
