Refund & Cancellation Policy (Donations)

Effective Date: 13th August 2025

1. Eligible Refunds

Duplicate payments due to technical error.
Unauthorized transactions proven by the donor and verified by ISKASHYAM.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

Genuine, voluntary contributions made with donor intent are non-refundable.
Donations against which tax exemption receipts are issued cannot be refunded unless the receipt is returned and tax claims are nullified.

3. Refund Procedure

Donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof.

ISKASHYAM will verify and process refund within 10–15 working days, subject to bank timelines.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

Privacy Policy (Event Registration)

Effective Date: 13th August 2025

1. Information Collected

Name, email, phone, address, and payment details during booking.
IP address, device, and usage analytics.

2. Purpose of Data Use

To confirm bookings and share event details.

To send updates on event changes/cancellations.
To maintain records for compliance.

3. Sharing of Information

With payment partners for processing.
With authorities if mandated by law.

4. Security Measures

Encrypted transactions and restricted data access.
No financial information stored on ISKASHYAM servers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Events)

Effective Date: 13th August 2025

1. Cancellations by Participants

Cancellation ≥15 days before event → 50% refund.
Cancellation <7 days before event → No refund.

2. Cancellations by ISKASHYAM

If ISKASHYAM cancels, participants receive 100% refund of ticket value.
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Participant fails to attend (no-show).
Event disruptions due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond ISKASHYAM’s control.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
